Product information

Vigora (also known as erectile dysfunction drug or Vigora-like) is the generic name for a synthetic drug containing the sildenafil alkaloid Sildenafil. Vigora has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat erectile dysfunction. The FDA has also granted approval to the manufacture of a generic version of Vigora. Sildenafil, also known as Sildenafil (Sildenafil-Pro), was developed as a prescription drug for men with erectile dysfunction. It consists of a synthetic version of sildenafil that is used to treat erectile dysfunction in patients with erectile dysfunction and other indications. Sildenafil is the primary active ingredient in Vigora and has the following properties: Sildenafil is an amphetamine-like stimulant Sildenafil is an agonist of serotonin-1,2 receptor Sildenafil is an agonist of the monoamine-gluocitrate-releasing factor 1 (MAGE-1) system Sildenafil is one of Sildenafil is administered by injection and is not dispensed by oral route or through IV. Patients are given Vigora by mouth or intravenous route and are advised to be careful when using this product. Sildenafil may cause drowsiness and confusion. It is not known if Sildenafil can cause the side effects listed above. Patients taking sildenafil are advised to follow the label directions as they may differ from the information on the label. Patients taking Vigora are advised to read the product label before and after using it. Patients are also advised to read the product labeling carefully and follow all directions closely before and after use. Do not share with others the information on this page. If you have any questions about this leaflet, write to your local Health Canada office. Sildenafil is not a licensed prescription drug or approved medical device. The following product information is from the product labeling: Sildenafil Uses: Uses Sildenafil as a temporary or permanent relief from chronic, chronic pain. The recommended dosage of sildenafil The active ingredients are: Vigora (20 mg/kg, i.v.), Sildenafil (20 mg/kg, i.), Linalool (20 mg/kg, i.). The dose of Sildenafil has not been shown to be associated with adverse drug effects in humans. Sildenafil is available as oral or injection. Oral administration is the only route of administration of sildenafil. Sildenafil is absorbed in a liquid, gel or solid form. The liquid is usually absorbed by the skin in an approximately 10- to 40-minute absorption time, whereas the gel is absorbed in approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Oral absorption is faster in younger patients. Injection is the preferred method of administration of sildenafil. Oral administration of sildenafil is not effective when the dose is increased. For example, if the dose is decreased by 1-2 mg/kg daily, the drug becomes ineffective. Injection can increase sildenafil concentrations from about 10 to 150 μg/ml, but this increase is not likely to have an effect unless sildenafil is injected at high doses. This medication is taken in combination with oral contraception. The drug is taken in pill, tablet or patch form. The daily dose of the drug is 2.4 to 4.1 mg (mg/day) by mouth, 0.7 to 1.0 mg (mg/day) by injection and 0.2 to 2.6 mg (mg/day) by intraperitoneal injection. The oral dosage regimen may be adjusted to maintain the dose. Vigora can be taken at a single dose or in divided dosage form, as a single or in divided doses. Patients receiving Vigora should be warned that the side effects of the drug may be serious. Patients taking Vigora should be advised that if any of the following occur: The patient experiences an adverse reaction to the drug, the patient should discontinue use of Vigora immediately (within 24 hours of the dose being taken or if the drug is stopped or discontinued). The patient experiences any unusual or life-threatening side effects of the drug. The patient experiences serious liver problems due to the drug, and the side effects are serious. If the patient experiences any of the following, the patient should The mechanism(s) by which VIGORA is effective is not currently clear and its role in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension is unclear. The mechanism(s) by which VIGORA may be effective in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension are unclear and there is insufficient evidence from clinical studies that Vigora is effective. Pulse oximetry has not been evaluated in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and is not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). However, several studies have examined the effects of pulse oximetry and the efficacy of Vigora in patients with erectile dysfunction.[2] Patients with a family history of obstructive sleep apnea who have a history of heart failure may benefit from the addition of Vigora to their standard therapy. Risks and Side effects In a double-blind placebo controlled trial of Sildenafil and Vigora, the relative risk of serious adverse events and deaths was 0.76 (95% confidence interval 0.55–0.99) at 30 weeks, 1.13 (1.00–1.27) at 48 weeks, and 1.30 (1.14–1 The most active component is vesicular sildenafil, which is metabolized to sildenafil citrate by the liver. The remaining components are vesicular monoamine oxidase, vesicular monoamine oxidase-1, and the enzyme that metabolizes vesicular monoamine oxidase. Vigora is given in divided doses of 200 mg twice a day and 100 mg twice a day for a maximum daily dose of 200 mg. It is also taken in divided doses of 20 mg twice a day and 0.5 mg twice a day for up to 12 months. In the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, vesicular monoamine oxidase is also taken. Pelvic pain Pelvic pain is a common complaint in men. Pelvic pain occurs most commonly in the legs and upper chest, especially in older men. Pelvic pain is more common among smokers, who may also experience it. It may be a sign of heart disease, heart failure, or other heart disease or other medical conditions, such as diabetes or certain types of cancer. Pain may be felt with or without a pain-relieving medication. In men, pelvic pain may be caused by This combination treatment is used in approximately 20% of patients who receive an oral contraceptive pill. It is used in approximately 10% of patients who receive an intrauterine device (IUD) or in about 1.5% of patients with IUDs who received oral contraceptives in the last 5 years. The average duration of treatment of erectile dysfunction is 4 months. Patients who receive the Vigora combination are less likely to develop an adverse reaction to the drug in comparison with patients who are treated with Sildenafil alone. In the last 5 years, approximately 7.8 million U.S. women (1) have used Vigora, of whom 7.4% are still taking Vigora and 1.6% are using Sildenafil. About 7.6 million U. women (2) are taking Vigora for 5 or more years. There are no serious or life threatening side effects in the use of Vigora or Sildenafil combined for erectile dysfunction. The average length of treatment with Vigora is 3.0 years (4). Sildenafil is an active ingredient in Vigora. The average duration of treatment of erectile dysfunction Sildenafil is a partial agonist and selective for the CB 1 subtype of cannabinoid receptor in rats. Sildenafil is found to be well tolerated as a single dose in a large dose range in human patients. The safety of Sildenafil in healthy individuals is well known and there is a small placebo-controlled trial on a subset of patients (2, 6). A placebo-controlled trial in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) was recently conducted. In the trial, Sildenafil was administered in doses of 0, 5 and 30 mg/kg. After one week of treatment, Sildenafil had no adverse events or serious adverse effects on the patients. This study indicates that Sildenafil has the potential to be efficacious in the treatment of AMI. Sildenafil has been used for treatment of various medical conditions, including hypertension in men. The most common side effect of Sildenafil is dry mouth. Sildenafil has been used for the treatment of chronic lower respiratory tract infection (C. difficile), as well as acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In one Sildenafil can increase the blood pressure in certain patients and can also lead to heart rhythm disturbances and stroke.[2][3] Sildenafil is also used for patients with hyperparathyroidism to decrease blood pressure.[3] In a study of men with hyperparathyroidism,[1] there was a trend toward a positive response of the patients on Sildenafil. Sildenafil is not recommended for hyperparathyroidism.[4] In men the most common cause of erectile dysfunction is diabetes mellitus, which is a common reason for treatment with Sildenafil.[1] A clinical trial in men and women showed that a low dosage regimen of Sildenafil with an average daily dosage of 200mg/day was well tolerated, with no serious adverse effects noted. In a small clinical trial in men, oral Sildenafil with a dose of 150mg/day for 6 weeks was well tolerated.[5] There are no long-term studies with Sildenafil in men. In women, it is unknown if Sildenafil is effective.
