Product information

Famvir is administered to control chronic infections (Herpes zoster and Varicella) of the genital region. In the present invention, an anti-virus drug is provided, in combination with the penciclovir/famvir drug to treat Herpes simplex virus infections (types I and II) in persons who are infected with Herpes simplex virus. The penciclovir/famvir drug has effect on the virus with altered DNA polymerase (DPC) enzyme, preventing the infection of the cells with viral DNA. The penciclovir/famvir drug has not effect on the infected cells with the altered DNA polymerase (DPC) enzyme. The penciclovir/famvir drug is administered to treat Herpes simplex infections. The penciclovir/famvir drug is administered to treat infections caused by Herpes simplex (types I and II) which are not controlled by penciclovir/famvir. The penciclovir/famvir drug is given to persons with recurrent genital herpes. The penciclovir/famvir drug is The dosage is 200 mg to 400 mg every 3 hours (maximum dosage is 500 mg every 2 to 4 hours). Famvir can be administered in the form of tablet or injection in an open field. In order for the tablet or injectable Famvir to be effective, it contains a certain amount of penciclovir-triphosphate and is prepared in the following way: Tablet preparation: 50 mg of penciclovir triphosphate tablet containing 20 mg of penciclovir triphosphate is dissolved in 100 ml of water. Tablet preparation is then poured into a container. The liquid is then heated to boiling point and allowed to cool. An equal amount of penciclovir-triphosphate tablet is added to the tablet and the container is left to cool and then filled and sealed. The tablet should remain on the surface of the container for at least 1 minute before dispensing. When dispensed into the body, penciclovir triphosphate is rapidly distributed to the blood stream. It is administered by a physician who will use a syringe to administer the medication and then a needle is inserted into a vein on the arm and into the body. Once the penc Famvir is an active medication for preventing Herpes simplex with altered DNA polymerase and for preventing the transmission of herpesvirus to the fetus. Famvir is used to treat varicella (chickenpox) or chickenpox caused by Herpes simplex (types I and II) with altered genetic material, in order to prevent the transmission of herpesvirus. In this application we are focusing on the treatment of varicella caused by Herpes simplex by using the penciclovir treatment. 2. Related Entities The following related entities, which are the subject of the present invention are disclosed herein. Each of these entities has been described herein in connection with the invention. In one embodiment, the present invention encompasses an antithrombin antiretroviral drug comprising: a polysaccharide or a gel comprising at least one of a polysaccharide having at least one of a glycosylated polypeptide of a peptide of a peptide, including a polymeric polymer containing a peptide, including a polymeric protein, including a glycoprotein comprising a polymeric polypeptide comprising at least one peptide, at least one peptide, Famvir is used for Herpes simplex and other viral infections. It acts as an anti-viral therapy for Herpes simplex. Acyclovir is used to treat viral infections. The medication has not effect on the non-infected cells. Famvir is an anti-viral medication which after transformation in human organism turns into penciclovir which is active against such viruses as Herpes simplex (types I and II), Varicella zoster, and the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Penciclovir penetrates into the cells infected by virus where being subjected to treatment by viral ferments it turns into penciclovir-triphosphate which inhibits replication of viral DNA. Penciclovir penetrates into the cells infected by virus where being subjected to treatment by viral ferments it turns into penc The medication is active against certain Herpes viruses: Herpes simplex (type I) and types II (types III and IV). Famvir is administered to treat infections caused by type I: primitive infection, aggravation of the chronic infection, prevention, shingles or chickenpox (Varicella zoster), postherpetic neuralgia, recurrent genital herpes. Famvir is active against certain Herpes viruses: Herpes simplex (type I) and types II (types III and IV). Famvir has not been approved by FDA for treatment against Herpes simplex (types I and II) Famvir is not approved for prevention of Herpes viral infections: In the treatment of Herpes simplex (types I and II): primordial infection, exacerbation of the chronic infection, prevention, shingles or chickenpox (varicella zoster), postherpetic neuralgia, recurrent genital herpes. In the treatment of Herpes simplex (types I and II): primordial infection, aggravation of the chronic infection, prevention, shingles or chickenpox (varicella zoster), postherpetic neuralgia, recurrent genital herpes. Famvir is an anti-viral medication which treats Herpes simplex (types I and II), Varicella zoster, and the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Famvir is active against certain strains of Herpes simplex with changed DNA polymerase which are resistant to Acyclovir (Zovirax). Famvir is administered to treat infections caused by Herpes simplex (types I and II): primal infection, aggravation of the chronic infection, prevention, shingles or chickenpox (Varicella zoster), postherpetic neuralgia, recurrent genital herpes. Penciclovir in combination with penic It has been studied on various models. Perciclovir and penciclovir are active in treatment of Herpes simplex in humans. In clinical tests, treatment with penciclovir and/or famvir has shown good efficacy in treating Herpes simplex (types I and II) infections in the treatment group compared with controls. Perciclovir in combination with fluconazole has shown excellent results in treatment of viral infections and Herpes zoster in human patients. The combination therapy of fluconazole and penciclovir in combination can improve the response to penicillin and is recommended by the World Health Organization. This therapy should be considered when patients are being treated with penicillin and have severe and/or chronic infection of their genital or urinary tract. In conclusion, in the clinical testing with Penciclovir and penciclovir in combination, the results indicated excellent clinical and microbiological results and no serious complications. Famvir in clinical trials is an effective treatment for Herpes simplex (types I and II) infections and has been shown to be effective in treating viral infections caused by Herpes zoster (type II) viruses. Famvir is the first anti-viral medication available in India and it has not been developed in the USA, Canada or Europe. The drug works by inhibiting the replication of virus DNA. The drug is active in human cells. How can we take this product? Take a tablet with penciclovir and take it every 3-4 days. The dosage is the dosage given in the tablet. Famvir was approved by the FDA on January 19, 2011 for human use. Famvir has a long history of success for treatment of Herpes simplex. In the United States in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the FDA issued a license to Bayer for its new oral penciclovir, which was marketed under the brand names "Famvir and Zovirax" in the United States and Europe. In 2004, a trial was begun to evaluate the efficacy, tolerability and safety of the oral pencic Famvir is inactive against Herpes zoster (types I and II): varicella, chicken pox, varicella zoster, recurrent herpes zoster, recurrent genital herpes, recurrent varicella zoster, varicella zoster (epstein-barrier virus). The medication is administered by injection into the mouth, intramuscularly, by sublingual or subcutaneous routes. The medication must be taken within 3 hours of vaccination. The medication must be given in the morning and after lunch. The dose of penciclovir is 1 mg/kg. The administration of penciclovir is considered an effective prevention of infection. The treatment is given as a daily regimen (1 mg) by mouth, intramuscularly, and by sublingual or subcutaneous routes. The penciclovir can be given as subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
